Let me add onto that a little:

Stats:
+200% Firing Speed
+50% Max Ammo
20% Resistance from all sources of damage while spun up
-50% Damage
100% slower wind-up time
No Random Crits

If my notation doesn't make all that much sense, let me explain further: This gun fires three times as fast and has Natascha-levels of ammo. It also has a Natascha's damage resistance while spun up. To add to this, spinning up takes twice as long as a standard minigun. To mitigate the oomph that three miniguns will have, damage is cut in half, so its DPS is 1.5x as much as the standard minigun. In addition, No Random Crits is there just to balance out that it deals more damage on average.

every 7 secs of constant firing the gun is jammed

If barrel spinning, medics cannot overheal the heavy (but can still heal normally)

or it could be:


+150% faster firing Good

+900% max ammo Good

30% slower movement speed Bad

+20 slower movement speed while spun up Bad

+150% bullets per second Good

3 ammo used per second Bad

+25% crit chance Good

Can't be used while holding the brifecase Bad

-25% Damage Bad

Maybe if there is a set

Set Bonus: +10% crit chance Good

I hope these pros and cons will make the weapon

+15% bullet spread deviation (like beggars bazooka)

Why not make it have a lot of spread but it the spread gets tighter the longer you fire?

Stats idea:

* Weapon spread tightens the longer it is revved, up to a maximum of normal Minigun spread after three seconds.
* Weapon firing rate increases the longer it is revved, up to a maximum of 200% (2x) of normal Minigun rate after three seconds.

-33% damage
-25% firing speed (initially)
-60% accuracy (initially)
-35% spin-up speed
