Ark and this mod fight one another time and time again... one wrong setting or forget anything (or not load this mod first) and it will not work.

I found that everything to be setup for this mod was correct but... one thing was forgot.

To get your Difficulty Offset you need to follow this simple calculation:
DifficultyOffset = (Maximum Creature Level / 30 - 0.5) / (Official Difficulty - 1.0)

Because the difficulty has to be set to 1.0 for this mod to work, you only have to take the maximum creature level (let's say 1500) divide by 30 and minus 0.5
That will give a Difficulty Offset of 16.166666.

After that you can have dinos have stats save after tamed. Even after a server reset it will save the stats instead of putting them back to a much lower value.

you must use the DestroyWildDinos command to remove the old dinos with the wrong offset and any tamed dinos will not have the stats fixed. So you can replace them as needed (or keep them around... It's your choice what you want to do with a derpy dino).

I have noticed that no matter what I do, all high level dinos after tamed and then a reset of the server will have the issue of resetting the stats as if they went over the 255 stat cap.

I have tried many things and all I can say is all this mod does is show dinos at a high ass level and keep the bonus % up of each level as if they are at the high level. As well as leveling up past the vanilla stock level cap.

So my only solution is to just catch the dino and do not pump any level points until you restart the server so it will reset the dino from the level cap and then pump in your points.

For example I have a unicorn that I caught at level 1500 and it gained 699 levels after I tamed it. It was at level 2099 and I left it alone as I had other things to do. I restarted the server and it lost 10k HP as well as all other stats because each stat was well over the max level stat points and it just took the overage and put them in as if it was level 1, plus whatever stats.

So say you have 260 stats into HP and its at 16,000. After the restart of the server it will reset the stats to level 1 but then add in 5 points. So then its only at like say 3k HP (this is not exact but this is how the game works as once you go over 255, it hits 256. Once it hits 256 it reverts to 0 and acts like level 1 stats)

So... I still had 51 levels I could pump in the Unicorn and it did not level up as if level 1 but as if it was 2099 per stat and still became OP as hell. I did notice the Torpidity stayed (not sure if that has a stat cap or what) but my Unicorn still had 51k in Torpidity.

So all this mod really does is make them all show up as a super high level and yes, will give you the stats at that level but after a server restart... It will dump 255 if any of the stats are over 255 points and then you loose those stats.

Hope this helps anyone as Wild Card can't (or don't seem to care about custom servers wanting higher stats) fix or change this as this is the cap of the game.

Mind you the Official servers all can kiss my dinos butt because Wild Card doesn't seem to care about having good admin staff and really don't care about players, only how to make more money and push out another, riddled full of bugs, game (Atlas anyone? :Horzine:)

I really wish they would focus on 1 game and fix the bugs that have been plaguing us for years... Then release a new game with new bugs... Not the same engine with the same bugs...
