I think it'll be nice if heavy have a hit or miss weapon too, I like the stats but 20% slower movement speed should be removed.

Marks a target, making bullets only hit that target aka no spray.
Prioritizes projectiles over people.

Focus: to provide penetrating damage like an anti-tank weapon
Stats:
1) penetrates all enemy players and buildings
2) Charge: accumulated by inflicting damage, activation allows player to destroy projectiles, small defensive buff
3) X% slower firing speed
4) X% slower reload rate

may be a -30% firing speed but 50% seems like too much

Level 50 Autocannon

+This weapon fires large high damage slugs at a slow rate
+75% Accuracy
-10% Speed while revved up
-75% Max Ammo On Wearer (50 Shots)

I think it is quite heavy hitting but very slow like a real artillery cannon would be like
