It needs an improved animation when hovering to the left/right. Think about motorcycle racing. More body balance.

I'd go very far and say this should be a Scout group taunt. Only other Scouts can join (better than noone).

Last but not least, the movement speed shouldn't be under Heavy's level. I appreciate 5% faster than Zoomin' Broom because it's Scout only.
