Cheat codes don't work for your mod (currently v2.0).
They spawn the items but they are not placeable (well you can, you have to log out and back in).
Only if crafting your mod structures can you place them during the same game session.
Maybe you want to look into why this is happening?

I had the same issue with another mod. Spawned them in but could not place them unless they were in the taskbar when I logged out and then back in. Then they would work.

um...sorry, where are the rest of them?

this is a known issue with mods sometimes spawned items only placeable wen a handcraftet item from the same type is in inventory.
