Baby Maturation speed

Has anybody determined the appropriate value to make this comparable to a Quetzal or Giga maturation speed? I know it used to be way too fast, and I am working on doing some of my own testing, but it's a tedious process, so if you've already collected data that others could benefit from..please share it!

its better than a quets or rex even i believe. Yes the growth time changed.
