Fairy common on the floating island. my tribe tamed 3 of them there within a few minutes of each other. you can also find them in the higher mountains on both the north island near the lava island, and the south island next to the skull island. We've also ran into one on the half charred island and seen them on the lava island, but rare. Best place is the floating island though!
