Is there anyway to disable Dragons from breeding?

My friends and I used to run this mod on our server and it was great, but when you released breeding for dragons it enabled other players to abuse this and make the dragons no longer special to have. I was wondering if there was anyway to disable breeding with this mod?

I would also be interested in disabling mating on my server, the only downside to this mod imo is not being able to disable breeding. I don't want everyone breeding dragons non-stop.
