Taming passive player dinos?

For some reason you cant tame passive player dinos? Not sure why you cant do it knockout donsent work either on them, maybe there is a way i just figure out a way if anyone knows please let me know! Thanks

You can't tame other players, from what i know, if you mean that.

You cant really but when you've knocked out someone you can add them to your tribe, But for any passive tames it dosent work
