If you check server lost and info, server owners have links to their servers as well as rules and other info. A few just recently reposted their info so you should check those out :>

I'd like to play as dino on a server that is not pvp which is impossible to find.

It says Pvp, but the rules show otherwise. It's active, everyone's peaceful, and nobody says anything rude .
