How?

You can kill other dinos and level up to lvl 67 from lvl 1 (as in vanilla game). After that you should "change dino"-then "resurrect/rebirt, no create new surviror -and you will have +67 lvl cap. repeat as much as you like. I,m lvl 1072 dragon now, after about 10 "incarnations".

But server restart resets all stats to lvl 1. I didn`t expected this. So, lvl 67 is maximal now.

I'm trying to figure out how to increase my stats, or do they increase automatically?

You can increase stats normally (F button-tamed dino inventory). Also, lvl accumulation will persist in svaes, if creature dies first, player-the second, and then respawn as existing character.
