Can't install this mod on my server

Mod is not working, acts as if not installed (but it is)

I've listed this mod top of my list with my server. When I lgo into my server, none of the creatures have spawned and when I do the admin code to spawn one in, they do not appear? I'm not using any other TCs or even overhauls (i.e. Bush People or Annunaki).

What do you recommend?

disregard that, it was my mistake. i added it as a standard mod not a TC.

however, it did set my character to Lvl 1, and was not able to gain any xps
