Definitely, Iwas thinking about it myself too; maybe a pitch-black one?:]
I just would like to make it an other way than with the raptors, so it would be able to mate with the common ones; dunno if it will be ridable though...

Oooh that'd be awesome! Maybe a new species all together? Smilodon populator? (man I really want to make a mod for those. biggest saber kitties yaas.)

I find the basic sabers as the smilodons; although- there was a bigger species...

Yep! In my head it'd probably go Smilodon Brutalis (ingame made species), Smilodon Fatalis, and then the biggest, Smilodon Populator.

They could travel in prides with semi-rare spawned ones that were bigger than the rest and could have armor equipped? Or maybe jump further \ do more damage all together?

I guess that if it will get ridable- it will also be able to carry his version of armor...
