Can`t learn the engram

Heey guys, i have a Problem, i cant learn the engrams. We have a german server and i can click on the engram and then learn but nothing happens.
We have a Nitrado Server.

And when i want to join the server there comes a message that the game must relaunch with v4.1 is this normal.?

Habt ihr eine Lösung gefunden? Habe das selbe Problem.
Sehen kann ich die Treppen aber nicht auswählen
