It's not easy to find solution for this. If this mod is really broken then why I see servers with working mod? I played on servers with stairs.. working, spawning, crafting, placing without any problems.
I'm looking for solution but only thing I found on unreal forums is this thread:

Everytime I'm searching forums and solutions for this problem I'm finding answers about files on server and not about mod itself. I'm tired. I really wan't this mod to be working correctly.
When I will find fix I will do it but this is my first mod and I need time.


BTW. It's not about the contest because I can't enter.

To the dev, on the servers that you saw the mod working, did they have the mod order as first? as im having the same place issue but havent found a fix yet, im going to try putting it first and see if thats the fix or not. Love the mod, ignore all the negativity and i hope you manage to help those who are having issues. Will comment after if done some tests and let you know.

I noticed this earlier, been playing on a server with the curved walls & I've got a base built out of them, I demolished some of the curved ceilings to try something & it wouldn't let me replace them or place anything in connection to the curved walls. It's the same with the walls as well.

Update your servers mod files.

I can say this mod is working like a charm on my server, and it is third or last in the load order. But right now I need to update for it to work properly (the last update) If it were not to work for me, and work for others. Than I sure wouldn't blame the dev of the mod.

it been working on my server just fine for over a month! so its your fault its not working OP!

Again its still not working, i deleted my files as per usual. updated it clean. and its still even though ive now resumed to be able to place crafted ones, spawned ones do not place. There is something wrong with the mod. I am not the only one, just go into the comments and you will see a ♥♥♥♥ ton other people complaining about it. So what they are all stupid? They including myself are the problem? lol come on. I care not to argue with anyone on wether or not it works on their server. The bottom line is it does not work on my server as well as many. Find the issue. And correct. i gave you my mod load order, figure this out please.

I think I found where is the problem. There's mod with fences foundations that I think is making problems with my mod. I only see problems on servers with this mod. Try to put stairs above fences in order list. If this won't work remove fences mod and see if it works. This is not tested for now but I will test it today. I just need to configure my own server for tests.

I dont have that mod. But i do have The Aku Shima mod higher on the list i do believe.

Stairs mod worked fine on my server with Fence mod, Aku shima and Better lights. Before the latest update though, haven't updated yet (doing it now)

After I updated the mod (Deleted files and installed from scratch) I too, can no longer place items. Apologies, A Plastic Bag ;)

Awesome mode dude. I've had no dramas with it with a previous version and have yet to get time to play with the updated one. I also encourage those who whine about it not working to actually help the dev to troubleshoot and narrow down the problem instead of just saying 'You fix it". As the dev said, he did not make this mod for a competition rather made this off his own bat. This mod, and the developer, is to be commended. Well done!

Stairs mod is second in the load order on my server, will try making it first later today, I will let you know :)
