When successfully kidnapping another leader, you actually kidnap yourself.

...and your co-conspirator will join your court as a rival, instead of a rival of the other leader. Basically, this works as intended except it's targeting the wrong leader. I thought it might be the order of kidnap vs retreat to your court which was the problem, but I haven't got it to work properly yet.
