This weapon's projectile travels in an arc towards the ground.
+20% increased blast radius
-50% clip size
-10% reload speed.

This is perfect
+75% Clip size (7 rockets)
+20% Reloading speed


-30% Damage
-10% Explosion radius

Judging by the look of the Rockets i'd suggest this:

Pros:

+30% Damage
+20% Blast Radius
+100 Push Force

Cons:

No Random critical hits
Projectiles Arc
-20% Drawing speed
-15% Reload Time
+30% Damage to Self
-1 Magazine size

A bit long list but in my opinion it sums up.

perfict, also maby more knock back but no shooting while in mid air

I would think, since its a mortar, that you would have to slow down so -50% movement penalty when active?

Pretty much, but projectiles that still explode when they hit a surface.

to me it should be like this

(+) +50% blast radius (on player)
(+) +30% damage
(+) +20% more rocket jump height
(+) when hits the environment (eg: walls and grounds) split in half (in 2) on the to make smaller ones that bounce off (each rocket has a -50% damage)

(-) -75% clip size
(-) -60% reload speed
(-) +25% damage taken by rocket jump

someone already mentioned cluster bombs on hit, and it seems like a terrible idea. Beggar's already does a far better job at saturation, and chances are that with that increased blast radius you'll do barely any damage without conecting all three blasts, let alone staying out of that increased blast radius means i'll get yourself killed at anything but medium/long range.
