How to play it???(its fine)
description says to download it and check it out soo subscribe but its not in the create a server list and cant do the command map pl_upward_event??? how are we supposed to check it out if it doesnt workkk????

It showed up for me, mabey it has something to do with your directory?

have you tried tf2maps.net for it?

Have a look in a directory somewhat like this,
A:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\440\522609691

just replace the A:\ at the start with what ever drive you have steam installed on
