Caves and Sewers? Where are they?

I've checked the map many times but I still can't find them.

3 years late but the sewer is near the enterable houses, press E on the circle thing and you can enter. A lot easier to press V and enter noclip mode to go under map to find them. Cave is opposite side of map from the tower, and theres a ladder going down a hole to it.
