Maybe make it longer!
I REALLY like the idea behind this taunt, but wouldnt the complete laugh be better than just half of this taunt?

While that I belive to be true, then I simply had to cut it, since the taunt on it's own as it is clocks in at about 7 seconds, which is already 1 second more than it actually should be.

Hmm, maybe get rid of the part with the coughing then? Medic seems to show his true colors without really trying to conceal his feelings. :P

Personally, I'd use a slightly longer, more maniacle laugh as the one used here just doesn't really work. I'd also add the 'Halloween Boss Spawn Notification' jingle to complete the taunt.
