Report a translation problem
My stats suggestion:
General- Targeting a single enemy to take him down and not intended to be a sniper
Pros- Tags a single enemy so he takes mini-crits
really Accurate to concentrate the bullets onto 1 target
Cons- High damage falloff (i.e. Less damage from far)
No random crits
Wearer should be still(not move) in order to attack/shoot
Could give a slight increase to reloading speed to counter-act the no-random-crit..
