Queen Anne's is by far the strongest ship in the game, like nothing else even comes close.

It is the fastest ship.
It has a 6 second CC.
AND
It has a flamethrower that far outclasses any other ship ability, or weapon.

The flamethrower on the fastest ship would be extremely strong even if it did a quarter of its current damage, but the way it is right now you just get 5 of them on your team and win the game because no other ship comes anywhere close to how strong it is.
