Change Log
29.09.15:
- custom arch druids and dreadnoughts now have the racial flags and can learn racial abilities as it is supposed to be (they lacked them for some reason)
- warmonger (warrior II) now costs 5 points instead of 6
- grasp of death, deadly poison, weapon finesse (necro), poison knowledge (necro) now work as intended and no longer give their boni to the stack if the hero isn't the stack leader
30.09.15:
- phantom bolts now correctly do less damage at long range
- gut is now available at lvl 5 (huntsman II) instead of lvl 9 (huntsman III) (was there by mistake)
- spiritual bond, son of the allfather, vigilant, bard skills, cast fireball, inflict spirit breaking are now shown under correct lvl in tome of wonders
- frost aura and archery training now have their correct names in the tome of wonders
- the lich II tooltip now shows the correct bonus
- the dust in the eye (trickster I) tooltip now shows the resistance check strength
- embodiment of filth (defiler IV) now costs 10 points instead of 8
- inflict daze (monk III) now costs 5 points instead of 4
- festering poison (assassin IV) now correctly costs 3 points (was 0)
- added inflict dazzled to illusionist II (5 points), the tier still lacked one ability
- tireless army (spell) is now unlocked with tactician III, bloodbath (spell) with pillager III (was reverse)
01.10.15:
- phantom bolts now correctly do flanking damage
- shout of intimidation now costs 4 points instead of 3
- focused minds now additionaly grants +1 ranged shock damage to the group and costs 6 points instead of 4
- inflict dazzled (trickster III, illusionist II) now costs 4 points instead of 5
- the strangle tooltip now shows correct resistance check strength and duration of the effect
- avatar of water has a new sound-effect that shouldn't persist after battle ;) also its tooltip got repaired
- halflings now can correctly learn reminders of joy at level 9 instead of 2 instances of minor bard skills
04.10.15:
- added icons to most of the new abilities, the credit goes to Bagas who kindly offered me his help with this and provided me with the new icons
- starting ranged attacks are now inherent and no longer have to be learned manually
- shaman IV no longer unlocks the son of the allfather ability. instead there is a new ability called primal instincts which enhances the beast form (beast within)
- decreased the melee physical handicap of necromancers by 3 (now -4, was -7)
- the avatar skills (medium) now don't need a full action, but will leave the caster with one action point. to avoid exploits (accumulating charges for stats or elemental discharge) the caster wil also gain a debuff that keeps him from using other avatar skills the same turn

12.10.15:
- fixed problem that male draconian sorcerer custom leaders started lvl 31
- saboteur I now additionaly unlocks shoot fireworks
- halflings can no longer learn shoot fireworks, instead they can learn the new lucky slingshot ability which deals extra damage vs high-tier foes and keeps them from being lucky
- elves can no longer learn forest concealment. lvl 7 they can now learn shock protection (was 3), lvl 3 shock melee damage upgrade (was 5) and lvl 5 shoot arcane arrows (new)
- fire soulder cannon (engineer III) now has a 1 turn cooldown and doesn't need a reload (was no cd, with (non-functional) reload)
patch 1.703 related changes:
- archdruid healing moved to lvl 5 (was 7 with patch, 3 before)
- removed nourishing meal as archdruid upgrade (came new with patch)
- theocrat healing moved to lvl 3 (was 7 with patch, 1 before(
- removed iron heart as theocrat upgrade (came new with patch)
- rogue crippling wounds moved to lvl 5, cost raised to 4 (was 1,3 with patch, 7,5 before)
- dreadnought replaced emergency repair with repair machine (like before patch)
- dreadnought replaced guardian flame with bestow iron heart (lvl 7, 5 points, like before patch)
- necromancer lesser reanimate undead cost reduced to 6 (was 7)
- necromancer greater reanimate undead cost reduced to 8 (was 10)

14.10.15:
- hail of arrows can no longer inflict bleeding or crippling wounds to machines
- the tactical command skills (tactician) can now correctly target an empty hex without causing the hero to walk next to it
- phantasmal image now has short range instead of melee range
- call familiar now has short range instead of melee range

24.10.15:
- added icon for the last new abilities (e.g. medium, avatar skills)
- fixed a problem that caused the avatar of X abilities to trigger inflicts on the hero when used
- the undead hotfix spell now also deals with a problem that will occur if a hero gets the lich II / vampire II upgrade when harbingers of death was already researched and gives him the undead protections and weaknesses a second time

22.11.15:
- medium avatar skills now show the right icon in the hero upgrade selection panel
- fixed frost-, fire- and shockdamage upgrade tooltip for medium
- (hopefully) fixed a problem with lich2, vampire2 and harbingers of death where the hero gained unappropriate protections/weaknesses

4.12.15:
- the 'tactical order: charge' buff now has the right icon
- soldier slayer (warlock II) now correctly only works when the hero is leading the army
- dust in the eye now correctly performs a resistance check for the blind effect (before blind was always successful)

31.01.16:
- tier 3 of the specializations (e.g. Paladin III) now cost 6 points to learn instead of 5
- tier 4 of the specializations (e.g. Paladin IV) now cost 7 points to learn instead of 5
- rogues no longer have an inherent +1 ranged phys damage upgrade
- removed shadowstep from rogues (now only available for assassin)
- spirit blast for theocrat heroes now does +3 damage
- lightning shock for sorcerer heroes now does +3 damage
- tactical orders now leave one action point after use (was free) and their aoe range has been decreased to 2 (was 3)
- tactical order: take cover now also decreases melee damage by 2
- tactical orders now cost 4 points to learn instead of 5
- saboteur I now unlocks skillful sabotage instead of sabotage which does roughly 50% more damage
- shout of intimidation (Orcs) now leaves the target shaken when resisted (was hindered before)
- scorch command (pillager IV) now costs 8 points to learn instead of 6
- gut (huntsman II) is now a free to use ability (before it left the hero with one action point)

- fixed a problem with the true undead heroes spell that occured in combination with harbingers of death and resultet in the hero having wrong % protections and weaknesses

- added a short description of the role of each specialization to the coresponding tier I upgrades
- custom dreadnought heroes now all have the coresponding racial flags that are neccessary to learn race-dependant hero upgrades (for some reason they still lacked them for most race-gender combinations)

- immolating breath now correctly uses a fire resistance check for the immolation check (was spirit for some reason)
- nurturing hand (beastfriend) now correctly appears in the unit panel (it would work even though it didn't show up)

- tactical orders area of effect returns to be 3 (was 2)
- tactical masterpiece now costs 4 points to learn (was 8)
- orc rogue male heroes now have the right racial flag (was human)
- dwarven thoecrat male heroes now have the right racial flag (was human)
- the vampire's kiss ability can now also be used on undead to grant them undying until end of combat instead of it's other effects

26.04.20:
- added the racial flag properties to the female human archdruid and female orc archdruid, which were falsely missing them (blocking them from getting racial hero upgrades also from the hero professions mod)
- swapped the order of avatar of fire and avatar of water, so that avatar of fire and fire strike now requires medium I and avatar of water and frost strike requires medium II.
