It doesn't seem to be a glitch. As far as I can tell, since noone has reported not having this issue, the models are just messed up.

from what i understand, is directX messing up even if you have 9or up, you can force the game to direct90000000000000(or any incredibly high number) and it may work, still going to try here

just to point out, it didn't work, not worth the shot :/, it seens it some time of incompability with other models(maybe mixed files with other playermodel and ragdolls)

Perhaps try toying with the faceposing???

it just stopped bugging for me one day and it didn't come back ever since, well not completely, while the model itself is completely fine, when i go to the char model menu the faces are bugged, but i don't mind, just verify in any map with a mirror you have if the faces are actually bugged, or if its just a bug in the menu

i should make note that while they do look weird in the context menu they usually dont look strange spawned in

my Ruby's face doesn't look the same, and it looks like the others ate coal dust.

The main 4 cast (Ruby, Wiess, Blake, and Yang) have their faces screwed up, yet the other 4 characters are completely untouched. Maybe the main 4 just didn't update properly.
