Soooooooooooo, wut?

I just completed it, and let me just say, this is the only decent quest mod since Moon and Star. I just got the ending where I kill the Jarl and wake up. However, what where the other endings, and what was the story? I'm really confused, even though I'm a Doctor Who fan.
10/10 anyway, great mod.
