Its an other approach of the game, maybe you should advertise that we are like a "advanced" compagny / growing faster
You can probably fail but as you get a bunch of research point you can do new games easier to avoid bankrupt
I think thats why there are some dislike
I finally liked it for that new approach but its easier, it gets more interesting end game (coming faster, dont remember years), you have all choice, you are a Big ass compagny you can try almost what you want but i think you can fail by being greedy "too much choices"

Clump them together for each member and then space out the rest. Maybe input some name plates and minor graphics for each name? It's probably easier said than done, but using the same graphics and interface that is used for exp gains when you finish a game (the bar that visually increases from left to right for staff exp) would be nice. It gives continuity and is visually consistent/pleasing to the player.
As is, it just looks like a wall of text when it pops up and when I have a full staff, I don't even read it. It's sort of unreadable. No offense, of course. Still love the mod!
