I like it, i like it, i just think the cloak meter needs to be bigger

i know tis is ctf2w item STATS

pros: can phase through enemy players, can stay cloaked while phasing through enemies, no reveal when bumped into
cons: phasing through enemes takes 24% of cloak, staying in enemies without cloak meter drains 10 health per. second
