decoy has bleeding affect (so can't activate in spawn for infinate cloak)
decoy can disguse as long as you are disgiused when activated.
decoy cannot be healed but will apper as if being healed if disgused.

Positives:
When you cloak, you make a decoy of yourself and you cloak. If you cloak while still, the hologram stays still. If you cloak while walking in a direction, the hologram will walk in that direction until you uncloak.
You can cloak while taunting, and the hologram will continue the taunt while you immediately stop it.
Negatives:
-40% cloak time
Bumping into people makes you glow super bright.
When you uncloak, the hologram disappears.
The downsides would be a decrease in cloak time by -20%
cloak refills 1.5 times slower.
and of course standing still would let the image catch up to you effectively negating the whole point
-20% cloak duration
+30% max health when cloaked (when uncloaking extra health turns into overheal)
you cannot shoot or backstab for 3 seconds after uncloak
destroying buildings fills part meter.
when part meter is full (5 parts) if you cloak instantly cloaks and summons a phantom (bassicly a mvm robo spy that runs around backstabing, cloaking, disguising and generally causing havoc) disguised as your last disguise.
