Halloween or Nah?
Ok, these cosmetics don't look "Spooky" at all... So i start a vote if this should be a Spooky hat, or a normal Hat.

(I AM NOT SAYING TO REMOVE THIS ITEM)

These are too normal to be Halloween-related items. I'd rather see them added as a non Halloween update.

It'd be ridiculous to make it a haloween only item. Its not scary or anything. Not like the ingrown doh nail xD

Ok ....So im a bit late to this thing but........Why are we saying if it should be a spooky hat or not or even trying to think it is spooky?
It's not even meant to be a halloween hat, there is no tags or anything saying halloween.

And just because is was made after valve said halloween will be community time does not mean every item added after is meant for that update.

If they were halloween items, that would ruin it completely since they would be halloween restricted and you couldn't wear them in casual games when it's not halloween. I would love to wear this everywhere i go.
