Help with Tips
Updating

1 - Sometimes if you stay close to a civil ship it call the police or attack you.
2 - Police isn't really neutral, if it's here it's chasing you.
3 - Npcs enemies despawn after ~15 if they were not damaged.
4 - Neutrals can and will fight against pirates, if in AGRO range.
5 - If a neutral ship chase you, take care it can be a bug, its trying to shoot but can't.
6 - Turcopoli ship can summon another Turcopoli, and its a infinite cycle.
7 - Enemies and some neutrals summon if you are much too close ~400 meters.
8 - If you hit a faction neutral it will offer peace after ~15 minutes.
9 - Don't fight like other spaceship games, enemies don't have mercy, it have a lot of guns and can disable you easily .

Can you help with more tips?

[Alt]+[F10] for Admin Menu can Delete Entities (Meteors, Dmall Grids, Large Grids, Stations, Players, Objects [Components, Ore, Ingots, Tools, etc.)) but care must be taken as it does not discriminate friend from foe, it is simply a Binary Action, it either Acts or it Doesn't, if you Delete yourself, it will not care.

There's also a Garbace Collection Menu there that allows you to set features for Garbage Collection (eg. Stationary, Linear Movement (Straight Line), Accellerating, Controlled, Is Powered, Has Production, Has MedBay, etc.), the Ticked (enabled) options are OR functions (if an object [Is Starionary] OR [is Linear Moving] OR [is Accellerating]) whilst Un-ticked (disabled) options are AND ([does NOT have Med Bay] AND [does NOT have Production] AND [is NOT Powered], etc.)

Each Ship runs Scripts and Timers, deleting the ones you'll never encounter anyways will GREATLY improve performance (I go from ~0.5 FPS to ~ 10 FPS)

you have a Typo, I believe you meant "after ~15 min. if they were not damaged."

this can be fixed via the ([Alt]+[F10]) Menu, simply Delete the Ship in Question. also, it's completely possible they simply ran out of Ammo and didn't realize it.

Typo: "much too close", this is only for the Red Factions correct?

8 - If you hit a faction neutral it will offer peace after ~20 minutes.
Description says ~15 Min. but it might become permanant if you do it repeatedly.

9 - Apparently npcs only aim astronaut, cockpit, and reactor.
I think there's a degree of Accuracy involved, as while Angering a Cargo Frigate, they sis a Class 3 Distress Beacon, and whilst they tore through my Ship rather effectively, they did miss a lot. sometimes they were hitting Gyros, once they aimed for my Frills on the end of my triple Piston Arms, once they Aimed for a Piston (missed it entirely, undamaged), they completely destroyed one of my 2 Cargo Containers, they destroyed quite a few Conveyors, and when it came to shooting at me, they simply had an incredibly difficult time even approaching me once I was out of my Ship, but that was potentially due to me accellerating to the 100m/s the Cargo Ship reached, but once I detached the Antenna (rats, it had it's own reactor!) and Beacon, they destroyed ~20 blocks trying to hit me, if they'd missed to much more they'd have blown the Reactor, and myself with it, that segment is in TERRIBLE condition, completely unflyable (well, it has Engines, a Cockpit, and a Large Reactor with Uranium, but it's not exactly in any type of "good" condition).

So perhaps they are merciless, but it's not as bad as you make it out to be here. They do have Accuracy issues, and they do try to pick your ship apart in rather rapid succession. before I realized my ship was Damaged I had no Cockpit, although in my defense, my ship took about 30 sec. to reach 20m/s due to it being my ENTIRE base

Thank-you for help.

Not only red factions, some neutrals can too, for neutrals it's a panic simulation like "OMG why this guy is too close?".
