Thera are many just in space. Just travel in one direction until you one. The colour of the GPS signal should be white (which means neutral). You may encounter stationary stations of trading factions (with prefixes: MA-I, ISTG, EXMC, HS, ISTG, IMDC, KUSS) or moving ships. If you can't find one, seek further.
