Sync distance
Amount of ships
Amount of debris
Amount of asteroids
Amount of cut voxels (digging, destruction)
Badly written mods
PB scripts
Inventory managers (scripts typically, but worth mentioning directly)
Overusing mods (aka, a ship with 50 Build and Repair systems is going to tank your game)
Bad hardware (potato gaming, laptop specials)
Bloated software (OS hasn't redone in 8 years)
I can go on, but really the above it to show there is really no magic pill we can suggest to make your game run better unfortunately. What you've shared is only a small part of the overall picture. I could tell you to delete the debris in your world, while the whole time you're playing on a laptop from 2003. Or I could say turn down your graphics while you're running twin 2080Ti's, OC'd.
The best answer really is, play around with what you have and see if you can make improvements. EEM and MES are fairly well written. Slowdowns you see are likely related to game content (prefabs, ships, debris, etc). Why though, can't say. Could be too much of it, your hardware could be a on the low side of things, really too many variables to make a good guess from.
And that always happen if people fly around in space and stuff is spawning.
Bloated software cant be a Problem its a dedicated server with Windows 2016 Server installed around 12 weeks ago , Hardware should be enough too its a I73930 and 64 GB Ram, should be more then enough for a SE dedicated Server.
Ships ingame are not really that big map is really new so biggest is a miner with 10 drills also not tons of reinfery or assemblers running cause they are limited by faction.
Debris is set to max 30 before its removed.
There is 1 Inventory Manager running . no other Scripts only the scripts from EEM and MES.
Thats why i think it must be something with MES and EEM and how it work together.
And sync distance did not change that and used the vanilla value for it.
