Offline Play
How do you play this mod offline, i only have access to internet a few hours a day otherwise its solo play for me and that gets boring quickly.

Install it like any other mod? Sorry, I may be misunderstanding the question. If you can use other mods offline though, there is no reason you can't use EEM. Internet isn't a requirement (on our end) outside of grabbing the mod for the first time from Steam.

Whenever I try to load my game it tells me steam is offline, please change world mode to offline, which it already is, only fix for it is to disable mod. Im new to modding SE, how would you install this mod, i subscribed to it.

Check out this thread, because of the way steam and space engineers manage mods by default now you have to move folders and files by hand. This thread does a pretty decent job of explaining how
