Proper settings for EEM with Modular encounters

So EEM does everything i could ask for in space, and modular encounters planetary occupations/air traffic does what i need on planets.

Problem is, EEM needs cargo ships and random encounters on, and modular encounters needs them on.

So how do i get both to work together?

MES will properly handle EEM spawn. Follow MES's rules and EEM shoudl work fine. Make sure you keep drones enabled though; MES doesn't handle those.
