Enabling mod in a current save
Hi, is it possible for me to enable this mod in a survival game I am currently playing? Will everything still work as expected?

The game settings where just a star system where I started with an atmospheric lander, I'm still on earth and havent left orbit yet.

A: It will work if it has infinte asteroids (that is also required for vanilla random encounters to work). In old worlds everything around you is generated already without mod, you will need to move further to find new encounters.
