Need some help

How do you get this mod to fully work, made the world had some wreckages/outpost/respawn ships but only the 2 base factions

There are only 2 NPC factions ... Space Pirates and Spiders. Anything else missing?

no sorry worked out that they are 'hard wired' into the game by reading another post :)
