This mod need united thread for all your questions, suggestions and stuff. Write them here. For ships submissions write in "how to submit?" thread.

FAQ:

Q: I added mod in world, but got bunch of critical errors/absolutely no content, no new factions, no respawnships!
A: Steam corrupted download, unsub and sub to mod again. Or you can manually delete the file 531659576.sbm from %appdata%\SpaceEngineers\Mods and reload.

Q: Got new respawnships and factions, but can't find any encounters, why?
A: All content is random-based events, keep moving. It highly depends on asteroid density, higher density = more encounters.

Q: Does this mod works with old savegames or it need to start new world?
A: It will work if it has infinte asteroids (that is also required for vanilla random encounters to work). In old worlds everything around you is generated already without mod, you will need to move further to find new encounters.

Q: Trading is bugged/working not so smooth/not working at all and stuff
A: Trading script is very complex. Found not working trading station/ship? Report it immediately!

Q: Next global update - when?!?!?!
A: When it's done. I will keep updating with fixes as soon as possible, may be with small portions of new content.

Q: I've got massive sim speed/fps drop after certain encounter spawning, what should I do?
A: Report it properly with CORRECT encounter name (use entity list) or just a clear screenshot with it. I'll see what I can do.

How exactly step by step do I make a trade at a trading outpost using uranium? Here is what I've done and nothing has worked.

1. Lined my ship up with the docking port and got the green light inside.
2. Went inside and scrolled through the buy list but pressing OK on items does nothing.
3. Tried putting uranium into the connector that lines up with the docking port collector but can't move uranium from a reactor in the ship inventory into that location.
4. Manually removed uranium from a reactor on my ship and placed it into the connector by hand. The uranium ejected into the collector but nothing happened and I didn't get anything in return.
5. Went back inside the docking port and nothing had changed. Started pressing buttons at random in frustration but nothing did anything. (Equivalent of banging my head on the keyboard lol)

What am I doing wrong?

1) Park your ship like this:

2) Pressing OK should select item with "<" and ">" tags
3) Then you throw uranium ingots in collector
If after this you got nothing then sorry, you found bugged station, please report us it's number and full name, we will fix it as soon as possible. That was the whole problem, I guess. Script is very complex and buggy because of it, mahtrok working on new version already.

Oh wow you weren't kidding about lots of materials around if you look for them! I just found an old blown up ship that will have me set for materials for days! Thanks for that tip! This is awesome! :D

Been playing for a few hours now and it seems like NPC's keep spawning and never go away until there are so many that the game slows down to a crawl like slow motion. My hud is filled with NPC beacons. Can I get rid of them somehow?

When reporting issue like this always add exact NPC names/beacons so I can find it.
Was it reinforcements or something? They just can't move to actually fight.

Oh ok sorry. There were loads of them all over the place and almost none of them were moving. I was busy salvaging the ship I found earlier and it seemed like each time an NPC entered the area time itself started going slower and slower until I finally couldn't play anymore. None of them were near me or interacting with me in any way.

Mahriane 8724's trading system appears to not be functioning properly. It was the 1st station I found and I must say, I was also at the point of banging my head on the keyboard.

But while searching for the issue why it would not trade, I also found that if your ship's ejector/collector isn't close enough (and by close, I meen literaly touching the station's) the gravity field of the station might drop all you tradings into space.

Yeah, that station really weird - at fist tests everything was normal (before first upload) and now I can confirm, that 8724 is not working. But what about gravity? Strange, we adjusted gravity on all trading stations to prevent issues like this O_o

Try to remember, was it police? Military? MGE? Pirates?

I guess this is attached to the autopilot Problem. No moving - no despawn, continuesly more and more. Excuse me if i'm wrong, just thought about it.

why do certain ships only have russian names for components? i can work through that but its annoying as hell

Yeah, ships made by russians have russian names, ships made by french - french names, german - german names etc., I can't rename every block in every ship, that will take a LOT OF TIME, that's only because of used localization. I play SE in english to get all blocks named in english.
