Nice looking hat but doesn't look like an all-class
I am not saying it's a bad hat at all. Yet, 1.) We already have too many all class hats. 2.) It really doesn't look that good on Scout or Pyro and looks meh on 6 of the 9 classes in general. Finally 3.) It just looks like a Sniper Hat. It dose look a bit like a Solly or Engi hat but it has Sniper written all over it. AGAIN I am not saying it's bad at all because this hat is fantastic but not an all-class

It really doesn't have a all class feel, but rather sniper and plague doctor feel, but since plague doctor is already a thing, limiting this cosmetic to sniper is the only thing reasonable.
Don't forget about class regognition. It has to fit in the silhouet, and it only does for sniper.
