Not Halloween?

Am I the only person who feels like should NOT be limited to a Halloween item? I feel like demoman doesnt have very many good looking chest pieces that are tanky looking. Besides the Huty Locher, I would LOVE to see this item in game and I would LOVE to see it not limited to Halloween only

yeah but the reason is that blade (the reference used here) is a vampire-hunter and a vampire himself. but yeah that's sad
