Okay, so I saw the authors comment regarding the tankers being the source of fuel. However I'm in the Paposs Industrial Area standing next to the 2 tankers and I can not fill the fuel can with fuel. So is there something I'm missing because I'm essentially exactly where the author described fuel being, and it's just not working.
