Just open the vpk in the workshop addons folder, and put its contents in the garry's mod files.

May I have a few specifics?
Such as; file names/navigation to do so?
(Just specifics, is all. Considering I've tried manually taking the bloodtextures/materials & putting them into gmod, various ways. But apparently that isn't doing the trick. I'm honestly trying to use them for the paint tool & normal blood decals. [Not bloodhit decals])
