Eerie Burning Flames

Good Effect but....
Dont get me wrong on this. This is awesome effect and really like the concept. Hats off to the creator of this Effect.
Please dont hate if you disagree. We all live in a free world and can express our views

Pros:
1) WIll look Great on many combo effects lie Dark Blaze + Eerie Burning Flames
Or the Almighty Triple Flames efffect
2) Will suit all classes equally.
3) Look Good On hats Like the Killers Exclusive and Fedora (In My Opinion)
4) Is VERY Noticable
5) MIght create more themed hats with upcoming halloween updates
6) Will be a fresh reminder of the First Gen God tiers
7) Might be cheaper and more affordable

Cons:

1) I think that we already have 2 flames effect. Not really sure on the 3rd one. Why dont just think of a new type of effect rather than a re cloring of 2 super famous ones?
We have an Eerie Orbiting Fire, so you might think that Eerie Burning Flames should also exist like the Orbiting Fire and Burnig Flames. But..
Well we also have other effects that look good but dont have any other form. Ex: No Orbiting Scorchin flame. Or an orbiting Misty Skull. So we cant say that there should be Eerie burning flames because there is an orbiting version of it.

2) Also if this comes out, it will be in either a Halloween Crate, making it exceptionally rare or a 4th Gen Crate making it not so rare, like the current 3rd gens. This will either be super expensive or Even Cheap like the good looing 3rd gens (Eg: DBD Or Miami Nights). But if its a limited halloween effect, it will be super rare and expnsive. Thus its price might go out of hand. Maybe because not enough might be unboxed with good misc. or all class.

3) Also we must keep in mind that Valve might be looking for fresh new ideas on the effects. Like new taunt effects or wepon effects.They know that flames are first gen has so they wouldnt really like putting another flames hat in later generations.That might be another reason why its still isnt in the game yet.

So, to address some of this, I totally get where you're coming from with a lot of this.

To address cons:

1. I don't think what other effects do/don't exist should necessarily dictate whether this should/shouldn't get in.

Why a 3rd flame effect? Well, because I've always preferred purple/pink effects over yellow/orange/green ones. I prefer Purple Energy over Green Energy, I prefer Roboactive over the green version. I just really like the look/feel of Purple flames.

Also, this is my first particle effect ever. This is my first try. I know a lot more now than when I started, but by the time that the submission date was here I had only just finished this one and gotten it working in TF2. I now have some ideas for next year, but this year - this was what I could manage.

2. I totally understand, but I don't see a better place to put it than a Halloween event. If In could offer it for a different generation of unusuals, I'd love to see it become a common effect that a lot of people could enjoy - I like the idea of a lot of people wearing it. But I don't foresee a better place for this effect. So yes, it'll probably very rare and expensive.

3. I totally understand and I can totally see this being a legitimate reason as to why Valve don't choose this submissiomn. All I can do is offer it up and hope. It's in Valve's hands.

I did think of a lot of this. Also, I have seen a lot of really good effects submitted. I wouldn't personally be surprised to see it not get in, but I really like the way it looks and I'm really just hoping Valve see this as a good looking effect that people will enjoy both owning and looking at.

So, here's to hoping.

and now we have Nebula which is nearly the same but not like you said "re-colouring" it is the same style but still a new effect :3

well you can put it in geen 4 and just give differest drop rate, thats not a problem.

the triangle of fire is a thing
why not the triangle of tf2 unusual fire effects
there is red fire,green fire,why not purple
red = RED team
green = ???????
purple (this effect) = Magic

there could be a blue fire effect for blu team

Since this effect its a burning flames version of Eerie Orbiting Fire, I could see a Burning Flames effect but black with a white outline :Nepgear:

Eerie orbiting is one of my favorite effects, so this would be a dream to see a eerie burning flames in-game. These last years the new unusual effects are so bad in my opinion, bringing back new versions of old effects could be really great

Well, since a lot of matching effects have green, orange and purple, like portals effect, the giggler, brain drain, taunts etc. I think it would be perfect to add a new burning effect for it.
