I believe that this item is better off not being a Halloween mode-only cosmetic. As pointed out, it works well with the plague doctor set in the game (Grimme Hat + Blighted Beak), which is non-Halloween. As well, it simply doesn't really have that extreme "costume" feel to it that most Halloween items have. I don't think this should be Halloween-only if it's added. Opinions?
