Halloween 2015 is out...
Im aware that the Halloween Update for this year is already out and this costume was not chosen for it. It would be funny fighting against or with a Sailor Scout in the battlefield, but I also know that the creator did not "place" the Halloween sign to vote. However this costume can be added for another upcoming update in the future.

By the way, great work, not a great of anime but this looks really cool.

does valve look back on past submissions or do contributors have to resubmit items so it would pop up on the recent list just to remind them?

when you said Halloween sign, did you mean the ghostly thumbnail border with the pumpkin on the bottom right?

I'd say resubmissions are your best bet, but it sometimes happens that they stumble upon it.

And that'd be the symbol of the year.

So sad I didn't get to see your set. It was honest to god, the only thing I wanted to see.

The thumbnail border was a brand from the Workshop of Horrors project. So as long as it was submitted and tagged up with the Halloween tag, it'd be in the Halloween items submissions. We didn't need to use the border, though perhaps next time we might consider it. Glad you liked it!
