Would this be a group taunt, such as the conga, or just a one person taunt?
If you ask me, if should be conga-eqsue only if the item also has the conga-like controllable movement.
Also, this is godd:A:mn amazing.

Should have movement, but no grouping, should be the individual who owns the taunt can do it.

Then all the f2ps would line up behind that one guy who has the taunt. priceless irony showcasing f2ps compared to p2ps. i just lmfao'd at that.
