No, that would be a stupid idea. plus it's a non-weapon taunt. the only non-weapon taunt that kills is the rock paper scissors taunt, and that's a 50% chance that you die instead. Not to mention the fact that there is no logic that makes it look like you're killing someone. Demo sword swing? obviously the sword kills them. soldier kamikaze taunt? the grenade. Huntsman? Arrow. even the heavy's taunt kill is justified that he at least PRETENDS to shoot a gun.

It could be. Imagine if someone used this taunt facing the away the enemy and the skull hit the enemy.

Taunt kills are only attached to the taunts of weapons, so that'd be a bad idea.
