This might not have anything to do with the mod, but the workers will sometimes just not work at all and witth just ponder around the prison doing very little at all.

Ah, well, as you said that problem might not have anything to do with the mod, I also experienced this behavior during playing without mods, maybe it is a logical bug by IV. You could try deactivate the mod and look if that helps but I really don't think so. I didn't change something that results in this bevahior of the workmen. May a game restart fixs it. And ensure that workmen have entrance to the place where they have to do the work.

nope sorry but they started working when I took the mod out had to get other sandbox mod

With the newupdate the mod seems to not work for me anymore.
