A bit later, workers show up and I kill them and now have all stats lv1, starting to go for Deadly lv2. More workers, more kills. Etc. After a bit, the guards noticed my rampage and tried to go for me but since I now had Tough lv2, they didn't have much stopping power. Then pretty much leveled up on the guards and workers and maxed everything. Had enough to spare so got 2 guys to roll with me and went on an anti-guard killing spree.
Yes. I got caught multiple times (Damn tasers.)
A couple game hours later, I have enough points to max everyone. Which I did. But, sadly 2 of my guys got sent to max... Odd thing was that they were sent there after being caught multiple times of guard genocide...
Anyway, got 3 more guys, more killing... A riot started.
Maxed everyone. Went after the security rooms for giggles, multiple times. Failed. A lot. Mostly due to tasers keeping hitting the guys.
After a while I decided to make a break for it so I went through the main door.
A couple shotguns later, my guys were out.
And I think a bug should be filed... I can't see my whole rampage of many many many many guards, riot guards, riot police, workers, doctors and inmates.
Oh. And I left a little fire behind in the admin offices. And a riot of 212 prisoners. And I had 926 rep by the end of it so I could have taken a lot more guys with me... But... Survival of the fittest.

In short. The downfall of this prison were trees.
btw - I think the taser weapons are more effective than the firearms (for the player).
However... guns, they are worse for the warden (Since they have a chance of death) but awesome for the escapee, since there is less need to aim, unlike tasers, so you can gun-n-run.
Although... In an escape scenario, guns can be worse since, unlike the tasers, you can't shake off a shotgun shot off... You can take, while maxed, maybe 2~3, before getting knocked unconcious.
Either way, both have their uses and times where they are better. Tasers - General guarding, shotguns - Last mile defence.
I might try a more, peacefull, approach by digging a tunnel later. Maybe grab a couple of guys, collect wodden tools and dig from the same toilet.
Prison riot leads to escaped madman. The man assembled a gang, attacked the showers and vetted them up. He then proceeded to massacre any guard he could find. The death toll was catastrophic. Hundreds of guards were dead when he made his escape. He sacrificed his gang to get past the snipers. He ended up with 4000+ points and over 2500 reputation.
He is out there.
No one is safe.

* The staff-only zone and remote doors separating the outer and inner area is REALLY clever, you can't walk near the road without the guards being alarmed
* The power station is indeed separated but not enough to be lighter attacked (from the neighboring, lack-of-sprinklers classroom), the power cables are burnt into ashes as long as you're not tazered by the guards outside the fence, this cut off most of the power supply and easily cause a (possibly starving) riot
* The metal detector deployment is not thorough as I managed to steal a Drill from the workshop even without triggering a search prisoner job
* Once the prisoners are in riot guards can no longer respond fast enough to hand-cuff tazed prisoner
* The final exploit: road is not fully separated by fire-proof walls, without the need to pass through the tough remote door I just burn down the concrete wall and flee to freedom
But...
Steel doors and walled objects (remote door/motor) can burn (29:55)? Strange :D
PA probably needs a little more optimization (flammability/combustibility).
