In FNaF 1, on the show stage it shows they are kind of chubby.

Yea they are pretty chubby also they are the most accurate models out there so i wouldnt complain much

They are fat because then animatronic endoskeletons are large so their suits have to be large to surround and hide the robot parts so the kids aren't ruined by the "magical singing animals" Delusion. It's not really "fat" it's just the suits large size so they can fit around the endoskeletons. You saw how massive the endoskeletons were in the games. Do you expect them to be "sexy?". Animatronics are not supposed to be sex toys. Their children's entertainment. But if you really like animatronic sex, keep that to yourself please.
