Small suggestion
Perhaps include a few starter decks so people who just want to see how the game plays can jump right in without having to spend ten minutes figuring out what cards they want

i have done this in the past, and i plan on doing it again in the near future! sadly whenever i update anything i have to reimport all the cards and start fresh.. once i am happy with this batch i will be remakeing the starter example decks.
thanks for the comment <3

Perhaps import two sets of cards, then? One set simply for the decks and the other being the actual full set of cards? Only the latter gets updated with new cards, with the former remaining the same?

i could do that but then folks with not so great internet will have problems loading the game. i have personaly had TTS crash on me because i tried to load in to many files. i will find a fix for this yet tho! if not prebuilt decks then atleast something showing a deck and how it was built.. SOMTHING lol

Adding in one extra card set shouldn't be too bad, especially if you slim it down.

One example would be instead of making the cardset image have multiples of certain things, only put one of that thing in there and simply use duplicates of it. Example:

Deck:
2x Card One
4x Card Two
1x Card Three

Cardset image:
Card One
Card Two
Card Three

Then you just duplicate cards One and Two ingame until you have the needed amount, and clients only need download the three card images.

Also, don't include cards in the cardset image that aren't in the deck.

Believe me, TTS can handle a LOT more files than what's needed for this game. I've seen it.

I updated the game with what i think will be one of the last updates. i am gonna leave it like it is for a while now to get a sense of balance. i included 2 built decks as examples as requested aswell. all future builds i will be makeing an effort to add example decks.
ALSO!!!! i think it was early TTS that had issues with more then 3 deck images.. it very well may be able to handle more.. i havnt pushed it since then because of my early tries with it. that is great news for my other game i am developing c: thanks

on some MTG tables I've seen upwards of ten decks on display at once, so there's that.
